What to expect?
Between 15 April and 30 June 2025, we are throwing open the doors of our flagship Glion campus to welcome prospective students from across the world.
Choose from a scheduled Open Day or a bespoke private visit and your itinerary will include:
- Preferential rate accommodation at the luxurious Fairmont Montreux Palace or Suisse Majestic hotels
- Lunch or dinner (depending on trip format) at our Michelin star on-campus restaurant Maison Décotterd
- A fully curated campus visit with an opportunity to meet expert faculty
As a special and strictly limited offer, should you subsequently enroll in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree for our Fall 2025 intake, we will reimburse your travel and accommodation costs by way of an equivalent reduction to your first semester tuition fees.

Who is eligible?
For visits and lunch or dinner at Maison Décotterd, the participant must
- Fulfill the admission requirements of one of our Bachelor’s or Master’s programs (the “Program”) at Glion.
- Be at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of the visit.
Each eligible participant may bring one guest (e.g., a parent or guardian), who must be over 18 years old in the case of an eligible participant between sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) years old. To benefit from the offer the eligible participant must contact his or her Educational Counselor before booking the visit.
The reimbursement of transportation and accommodation costs as contained in this offer is only available to prospective students who enroll in one of the Glion Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs, with an intended start date of Fall 2025.
How does this work?
Booking period
Visits must be booked and completed by 30 June 2025 to be eligible for this offer. Availability is limited and subject to scheduling and campus capacity.

Michelin-star restaurant invitation
As part of the visit, eligible participants will be invited to Maison Décotterd (Glion’s Michelin-starred restaurant located on campus), as follows:
For an Open Day visits: a dinner for the eligible participant and their guest. Dinner will consist of a three course menu and beverages.
For a private tailored visit: a lunch for the eligible participant and their guest. Lunch will consist of a three course menu and beverages.

Booking & confirmation of the visit
Visits must be arranged in advance through the Glion enrolment team.

Reimbursement process for participants who are eligible to reimbursement of transportation and accommodation costs
Glion will cover reasonable transportation and accommodation costs, directly related to the visit of the Glion campus in Switzerland, for the eligible participant who will enroll in one of the Program at Glion, with an intended start date of Fall 2025, and one accompanying guest.
The following costs are eligible for reimbursement:
- Round-trip transportation economy-class flights and/or train tickets to and within Switzerland.
- Hotel accommodation for one or two nights in a double room with breakfast in one of our preferred hotels in Montreux:
- Hotel Suisse Majestic – To make a reservation with the special room rate, use the code ‘T2865’ on their website reservation platform.
- Fairmont Montreux Palace – To make a reservation with the special room rate in this famous palace, use the link below or add the promo code “SOMMET” on their website reservation platform.
For the sake of clarity, participants who are eligible for the visit but do not enroll in the Program at Glion with an intended start date of Fall 2025, will not benefit from the reimbursement of transportation and accommodation costs.
Any additional personal expenses (e.g. meals, local transportation, visa fees) are not covered by this offer.
Participants who are eligible for reimbursement of transportation and accommodation costs must pay for their transportation and accommodation upfront and submit receipts to their Glion Educational Counselor.
The transportation and accommodation costs will be reimbursed by way of deduction from the student’s tuition fees.
No refund or cash reimbursement will be provided.

Right of refusal
Glion reserves the right to decline the offer to individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Cancellation & changes of the dates of the visit
If a participant cancels their visit after booking, they must notify Glion at least 7 days in advance.
Glion is not responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by airlines or hotels.

General conditions
This offer is non-transferable. It applies only to eligible participant and one guest.
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be combined with other scholarships or promotions.
Glion reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
By participating in this offer, the Participant agrees to the conditions of Exclusive Campus Visit Experience Offer, as well as the full Terms and Conditions as set out below.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE “DISCOVER GLION: AN EXCLUSIVE CAMPUS VISIT EXPERIENCE” (THE "OFFER") AS THEY GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFER IF YOU DO NOT UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PREVAIL IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT OR INCONSISTENCY WITH ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION MATERIALS.
This Offer is operated by GIHE Sàrl, a private limited company with registered seat in Switzerland at Rue de l’Ondine 20, 1630 Bulle (“Glion”)
1. ELIGIBILITY
This Offer is open to Participants (as defined below) eligible to enroll in the following Glion program (the “Eligible Program”) in September 2025 (“the “Eligible Intake”):
- Bachelor’s in International Hospitality Business
- Bachelor’s in Luxury Business
- Master’s in Hospitality Business Leadership
- Master’s in Luxury Management Guest Experience
- Master’s in Hospitality Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Accordingly, Participants must:
- Fulfill the admission requirements of the Eligible Program of their choice for the Eligible intake (full admission details are available on Glion’s website).
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have authorization from the legal guardian if between 16-18 years old
If you do not meet these requirements, we ask you not to participate in the Offer. Glion reserves the right to deny admission and any prizes to any Participant that does not meet the foregoing admissions requirements. Employees, officers, and directors of Glion, their related companies and agents, and members of the immediate family and household of each are not eligible.
2. APPLICATION
Submitting an application to enter into the Offer will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Offer is free and there is no purchase necessary.
Only complete applications will be considered. Glion is not responsible for errors; omissions; lost, late or delayed applications; interruptions; deletions; delays in operations or transmission; invalid, misdirected, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, technically corrupted or misdirected applications, whether caused by any technical or human error. Any of the foregoing types of applications will be disqualified.
3. DECISION
Applications will be assessed, on a first come first served basis.
The participants, whose applications are validated for the visits, will be notified by the Educational Counselors.
4. PRIZE
The prizes are:
4.1. Visit at Glion campus:
The winner can choose between:
- 4.1.1 A scheduled Open Day event.
- 4.1.2 A private tailored visit arranged in coordination with the Glion enrolment team.
Each eligible participant whose application has been validated, may bring one guest (e.g., a parent or guardian), who shall be over 18 years old in the case of an eligible participant between sixteen (16) and (18) years old.
4.2 Michelin-Starred Restaurant Invitation:
- For an Open Day visit as set forth in 4.1.1 above: a dinner for the eligible participant and their guest. Dinner will consist of a three course menu and beverages.
- For a private tailored visit as set forth in 4.1.2 above: a lunch for the eligible participant and their guest. Lunch will consist of a three course menu and beverages.
4.3 Reimbursement of transportation & accommodation to prospective students who are eligible for the Visit and enroll in one of the "Eligible Programs") in the "Eligible Intake", and one accompanying guest
The following costs are eligible for reimbursement:
- Round-trip transportation Economy-class flights and/or train tickets to and within Switzerland.
- Hotel accommodation for one or two nights in a double room with breakfast in one of our preferred hotels in Montreux.
Glion reserves the right to change the details of any Prize or to substitute any other offering for a Prize at its sole discretion at any time.
5. PERSONAL DATA
Delivering personal data is voluntary but it is essential in order to take part in the Offer.
Participants personal data that will be processed by Glion in connection with operating the Offer for Glion (including administering prizes) will be processed according to the Glion Privacy Policy, available here.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Participants hereby represent and warrant that: (i) they will comply with any and all applicable laws or regulations in connection with their participation in the Offer and/or acceptance and/or use of the prize as the case may be including paying all relevant taxes where applicable (the winners are solely responsible for any tax implications arising from winning a prize), (ii) they will not use the Offer or prize for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (iii) they will not misrepresent their relationship with Glion. Participants agree that neither Glion, its agencies and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents and any of their employees (collectively, the “Indemnities”) will be liable for any breach of the foregoing and will indemnify the Indemnities from any action, claim, expense or damages resulting therefrom.
Glion has arranged this Offer in good faith but, to the fullest extent allowed by law, accept no responsibility for loss or damages, including any third-party claims, as a result of anyone participating in the Offer or any aspect of the prize awarded. By participating in this Offer, Participants agree to hold the Indemnities harmless against all and any liability and claims and injuries that may arise from or be based upon participation, winning, acceptance and/or use of the prize received in connection with this Offer.
7. SUPSENSION/ TERMINATION
In the event that the security, administration or proper play of the Offer is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Glion may in their sole discretion suspend the Offer to address the impairment and then resume the Offer in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions. The Offer can otherwise be altered, varied, modified, changed
Glion reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate activity relating to the Offer and delay the delivery of the prize during such investigations. Glion reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or winner if, in its sole discretion, (i) a Participant or winner has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or (ii) has otherwise attempted to disrupt the Offer (iii) or acted in an unsportsmanlike manner or (iv) engaged in any fraudulent or deceitful behavior in connection with the Offer, or (v) they believe the Participant or winner will impose potential liability on them or their affiliates, employees, representatives or agents.
Participants agree that any decisions of Glion in relation to any aspect of this Offer (including but not limited to eligibility determinations) are final and binding. Failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Prizes may not be sold, transferred, refunded or rescheduled to other dates and no cash or other alternatives are available.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired. This Offer is void where prohibited by law.
These Terms and Conditions and all related actions shall be governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claim, legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Challenge shall be the city of Lausanne, Switzerland.
