Accommodation
Glion card
To access many of the buildings you will be required to use your Glion ID card; keep this with you at all times. If you are living on campus, your Glion card will also incorporate access to your house and room.
Keep your room secure
Remember to keep your room locked at all times and keep your ID card with you.
Familiarize yourself
Once you arrive in your room, take the time to unpack and familiarize yourself with the facilities.

Your luggage will be delivered to your room or accommodation building. Please be patient as this may take some time.

General questions
For any general questions Student Concierge is open from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. It is also open on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th September from 10:00-15:00.

Induction Days program
Wednesday, 3rd-Friday, 5th September 2025
Bachelor's Direct Entry Students
Your success is central to our mission. Each induction session will have a significant impact on your integration; thus all sessions are compulsory to fulfill your induction.
You will also have access to an online induction on the Moodle Learning Management System platform to support your orientation and enrich your induction experience. You will be told how to access Moodle during the IT induction held on Thursday.
Regular timetables for classes will start from Monday, 8th September. Additional orientation and information sessions will occur throughout your semester.
