In Switzerland, you’ll have the opportunity to try your hand at cocktail mixology and to see behind the scenes of a Michelin star restaurant. In London, you’ll take part in engaging and interactive workshops, including individual and group challenges that bring the industry to life in colorful detail.

Through workshops and trips to world-famous brands, you will learn what it takes to manage an international hospitality business. The schedule includes a visit to a luxury department store and a tour of a luxury hotel.

'The Global World of Hospitality and Luxury’ – what you learn
Throughout your London Summer Program you’ll venture into ‘The Global World of Hospitality and Luxury’, in the company of expert faculty from the campus. By the end, you’ll be able to understand the concepts of Hospitality, Luxury and Tourism; develop essential customer service and communication skills; demonstrate and appreciation for the cultural diversity within the hospitality and tourism industry; and explore diverse segments in Hospitality, Tourism, and Luxury.

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OFFER
After completion, any student who enrolls in a Glion or Les Roches undergraduate degree program will have the Hospitality Business Summer Program fee deducted from the first semester’s tuition fees.
*Offer valid for three years from the start of your Hospitality Business Summer Program.

MATERIALS & UNIFORMS
- Teaching materials/uniforms (for practical classes).
ACCOMMODATION
- London: Single room with en-suite bathroom
- Switzerland: Shared double room with en-suite bathroom
Subject to availability, students can select a single room for an additional fee. The prices below are in Swiss Francs, per person, for the duration of the Hospitality Business Summer Program, and in addition to the fees:
- Single standard room/shared bathroom CHF 135.
- Single superior room/en-suite bathroom CHF 210.
BOARD
- Full board (all meals) including meals during excursions
- All meals are high-quality and freshly prepared
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
- London: From Heathrow Airport to Glion London and return
- Switzerland: From Geneva Airport to Glion and return
FLIGHTS
- If completing the combined course, a one-way flight from Heathrow to Geneva Airport
ACTIVITIES & EXTRAS
- All excursions, field trips, outdoor activities and cultural visits
- Travel card in London
- Program certificate

Fees do not include
Pocket money, health insurance, travel insurance, laundry costs, airport transfers in home country and flights to/from home country.
HEALTH & TRAVEL INSURANCE
- It is mandatory that all students have their own personal health & travel insurance. Please provide policy copies with the Summer Program application form.
Cancellation policy
- In case of cancellation, we will refund the total amount of the program if the cancellation is made prior to 30 May 2025 in writing to the Admissions Department.
- 50% of the full amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the start of the program. No refund will apply if the cancellation occurs after this date.
Terms & conditions
- Payment of the full fee must be made 15 days after receipt of invoice and no later than 14 June 2025.
- If completing study option three, a one-way flight from Heathrow to Geneva Airport will be purchased by Glion. The flight will only be booked for the student once full payment of fees has been received. If the student cancels, withdraws or doesn’t start the program, then the flight costs will not be refunded.
- Transfers between the airport and campuses, in both directions, will only be booked for students arriving into and departing from the specified airport between 09:00–17:00 local time on arrival and departure days.
- Hospitality Business Summer Program places are limited, with a waiting list implemented once the maximum number of applicants has been reached. While spaces are available, payment of the full fee guarantees your place.
Entry requirements
for Hospitality Business Summer Programs 2025
AGE
Students must be over the age of 15, and under the age of 18 years old at the start of the program.
VALID PASSPORT
Students must hold a valid passport. Nationals of any country can apply and follow the process for obtaining a visa for Switzerland, if required.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Students must have a valid health insurance for the location of their chosen Hospitality Business Summer Program.
LETTER OF MOTIVATION OR RECOMMENDATION
Students are recommended to write a short letter of motivation or to request a letter of recommendation from a high school teacher or education counselor.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION
If English is not your first language, or if you have not spent the last two years studying in a school where English is the primary language of instruction, please enclose a copy of one of the following:
- International English Language Test (IELTS): 4.5
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 450
- First Cambridge Exam: Grade C
- A letter of recommendation from a high school teacher could also be considered

Provide proof of English & health insurance
If you do not have proof of your English level, your counselor can attest your level.
Arrange and submit your health insurance.

Parental/legal consent
Have your parent/legal guardian fill in and sign the parental consent and declaration.

Receive acceptance letter
If your application is successful, you will receive a letter confirming your place on the program. Along with your acceptance letter, you will receive:
- Welcome package
- Invoice

Arrange payment
Within 15 days after receipt of invoice and no later than 14 June 2025.

Arrival on campus
The start of your Summer Program. On your arrival day, we will greet you with:
