The Bachelor’s in International Hospitality Business embraces all aspects of hospitality and the experience economy, from 5* hotels to Michelin star cuisine to prestigious events. You will build your professional skills and reputation through Swiss-style experiential learning, benefiting from the strength of the Glion name throughout the industry.

The Bachelor’s in Luxury Business teaches you how the luxury industry operates and how luxury brands are built and sustained, equipping you with the knowledge you need to lead within your chosen luxury specialism. As the worlds of luxury and hospitality increasingly converge, you’ll explore the trends that matter to this dynamic and ever-evolving sector.

Throughout your Bachelor studies, you will be guided by experienced faculty, using the latest learning technology to make you an independent, lifelong learner. Outside the classroom, you will gain 18 months of real-world professional experience, while also building your knowledge and network through field trips and other face-to-face encounters.

Both Bachelor’s programs begin with the Hospitality & Luxury Experiential Year, developing a professional mindset, service excellence, business fundamentals and an understanding of what creates exceptional luxury experiences.

A tailored introduction to each Bachelor’s pathway

Alongside this common foundation, students gain program-specific exposure: the International Hospitality Business pathway introduces gastronomy, fine dining and hospitality operations, while the Luxury Business pathway explores retail, guest relations and premium luxury experiences.

Learning brought to life through industry immersion

Classroom learning is complemented by luxury and hospitality discovery trips and experiences, followed by a 24-week operational internship, enabling students in both programs to build practical skills, industry exposure and professional confidence from their first year.
