- The internship period for which you will be recruiting starts by late February 2026; students must have completed their internship by late August 2026.

- Students are required to complete a 24-week internship. This can be done in one department or as a cross-exposure experience.

Your options
In order to give the chance to as many students as possible to speak with you, we are repeating the successful formula we launched in 2024 whereby in the morning our more experienced bachelor students and Master studens will be all present and bachelor students looking for a first internship will only attend as of 13:00.
Should you subsequently wish to meet individually with specific candidates, you will be able to schedule interviews throughout the day.
Please note that the priority should be given to students looking for a placement next semester (BBA1, BBA4, BBA7 and MSc 2).
Important
- Please be informed that all interviews are set for 15 minutes.
- GIHE students will bring a copy of their CV to the interview.

Refreshments
On the day, we invite you to enjoy a quick lunch with us - a specific slot will be allocated to each of our guests on the day. Coffee and water will be available throughout the day.

Your stand
The event is taking place on the campus premises where you will be assigned a space either in a classroom with other recruiting companies or in an open space outside the classrooms. Tables and chairs and enough room to set up your banners will be provided. All special requests in terms of set-up, layout, location, customisation for your stand must be discussed with us in advance and submitted in writing when completing your registration. We will be present to assist should you need additional furniture on the day or for any other requests.
Presentation
There is the opportunity to give a thirty-minute presentation of your company to students. Kindly be informed that, due to the limited number of presentation slots, this option cannot be guaranteed.
Your designated presentation slot will be communicated to you well enough in advance to give you time to prepare. Presentations should be in English and be brought on a USB key. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your presentation.

Student audience

After Recruitment Day
We are happy to assist with returning your material after the event. Please note that you will be responsible for providing the necessary arrangements with the shipping company as well as shipping costs incurred.
A questionnaire will be sent to you shortly after the event in which you can provide feedback on your experience with us so that we can improve our services for future events.
We will also request specific feedback on the outcome of your day in terms of recruitment numbers and positions. We thank you for your cooperation in providing us with as many details as possible as we follow-up on this.
