Essential items to pack

Clothing

We recommend that you come prepared for all weathers, as year-round conditions in the UK can vary quite widely.

We advise that you bring the following:

  • Casual clothes to be worn outside of class
  • Plenty of layers, rather than thick clothing, as this will be more versatile if the weather fluctuates.
  • A waterproof coat is essential.
  • Business attire for attending classes; suits (blazers with matching trousers/ skirts), preferably dark colors shirts or blouses.
  • Dark color socks and skin or black color stockings.

What to wear?

Throughout the Residential Week, you will meet and network with an array of industry professionals and lecturers from the world of luxury. We recommend that participants dress and present themselves in a professional manner during classes and business field visits.

Electricals

The essential items are:

  • Adapter plugs for UK plug sockets (outlets).
  • A mobile phone.
  • A personal laptop.
  • Chargers for electrical devices.

“As expected, during this study week I not only experienced a unique learning journey but also immersed myself in the essence and style of the luxury industry. From experiencing products and services at high-end brands along Bond Street, where flagship stores from various prestigious brands are concentrated, to networking with leading experts in the field, every moment in London brought me excitement and a sense of empowerment.”
